January’s Student Property of the Month

For most people – including the Rentinc colleagues – January is a dismal month. Pre-Christmas, summer feels one hundred miles away, you’re skint, and there isn’t much to look forward to. However, when you’re a student, there are a few things that can instantly perk up your month, and one of those is organising your new property! 

Going through our website, it can be pretty daunting choosing which properties to view, considering how many we have on offer. So, we’re here to make it a little easier. Read below to find out all the fantastic details surrounding Rentinc’s Property of The Month for January. 

Location 
Hyde Park is always the most popular location choice for students every year and this seven-bedroom flat lands you right in the centre of all the reasons why. Besides the fact you’re opposite a beautiful park, you’re only a short walk into Leeds City Centre and the university campuses. If you’re studying from the Headingley campus or Horsforth, you are located on an excellent bus route that takes you directly to both. 

Amenities 
You’ll benefit from being the first to get a table at Hyde Park Pub, which is thriving with students socialising all through the spring and summer. Take it from us, our office is right next door, and we know how hectic it gets in the beer garden. 

There are some lovely café’s around, such as LS6 Cafe and the Retro Boutique shop, where you can always source a unique find. 

Not only do you have access to all the city has to offer, but Headingley is just a few bus stops away too. Headingly boasts a beautiful high street, with plenty of bars and restaurants, hairdressers and barbers, shops and Becketts park, which is also a lovely place to exercise or relax in the warmer months. 

Property Features 
You get the best of both worlds with this property: you can snuggle up with your housemates in your cosy living room and watch a film on your flat-screen TV (courtesy of Rentinc) or retreat to your spacious bedroom for a night of self-care.
